FAQ’s
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to arrive at a specific time for check-in and boarding?
Yes. Confirm your check-in window with your cruise line before you arrive. Boarding times and arrival windows vary by cruise line and sailing, so always follow the timing listed in your cruise documents.
Where should I go when I arrive at the terminal?
Follow posted signs for passenger drop-off and parking. Once inside the terminal, clearly marked entrances, signage, and staff will guide you through check-in and security screening.
Where is parking, and is there a shuttle to the terminal?
Parking is available on-site in a secure lot. A complimentary shuttle operates on cruise days to transport guests between the parking lot and the terminal entrance.
How do I get from the airport to the cruise terminal?
You can use taxi, rideshare, shuttle services, or public transportation. It is recommended to plan transportation in advance, especially during peak cruise days and rush-hour traffic.
I cannot find my luggage. Who do I contact?
If your luggage is missing after disembarkation, contact your cruise line first since baggage handling and tracking is managed through the ship. If you believe you lost an item inside the terminal, contact us through the Contact page.
Where is Lost and Found located?
For items lost onboard your ship, contact your cruise line for onboard Lost and Found. For items lost in the cruise terminal, please contact us through the Contact page.
