- Plan and optimize embarkation/debarkation workflows to keep guest flow smooth and efficient
- Run end-to-end baggage operations handling, screening logistics, and coordination
- Coordinate with agencies and port partners including CBP, TSA, and local port authorities to ensure compliance
- Manage people, equipment, and onsite services, staffing, capital planning, vendors/concessions, traffic/parking/shuttles
- Lead safety, security, and emergency preparedness: access control/credentialing, CCTV oversight where applicable, response planning
